Custom software project planner Compose your
project.

Choose what you’re building, who will use it, and what it needs to connect to. The planner sketches the architecture and writes a project brief you can send with the project form. It’s free, it gives no prices, and nothing leaves your browser until you send it.

02 Why plan first

A clearer request.
A better first meeting.

The planner doesn’t replace the requirements meeting. It gives that meeting a head start.

Naming what you want to build, who will use it, and what it must connect to answers the first questions we would ask. The sketch is a draft, not a design: the real architecture is shaped by the requirements we agree together, and your quote is based on those requirements.

How to prepare for the meeting

03 After you send

From brief
to delivered software.

Your brief is step one. The rest of the process is the same for every project.
The full process

  1. 01 / Request

    You send the brief.

It fills in the project form; add your details and send.

  2. 02 / Meet

    We gather requirements.

We meet to turn the brief into agreed requirements.

  3. 03 / Quote

    You receive a quote.

A quote for the software, based on those requirements.

  4. 04 / Payment

    Payment is collected.

When you accept the quote, payment is collected and work begins.

  5. 05 / Deliver

    We build and deliver.

Your software is built, tested, and delivered to you.

04 Queries

Planner
questions.

plan.01Is the project planner free?

Yes. It runs in your browser, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere unless you choose to send the brief with the project form.

plan.02Does the planner give a price?

No. Every project is quoted individually, after we meet and gather your requirements. The planner helps you describe what you need.

plan.03What happens after I send the brief?

The brief fills in the project form. When you send it, we review your request and reply to set up a requirements meeting, then send a quote based on the agreed requirements.
