Operating layer

Matrix-ERP is built around the daily work people actually touch: records, approvals, files, schedules, time, evidence, assets, exceptions, and reporting. The public instance shows the product; a customer instance is provisioned separately for that company.
Database-backed records
The system stores durable records, state revisions, audit events, record history, and projected search data in the Matrix-ERP database.
Controlled files
Large file handling supports document packages, model packages up to 12 GB, training assets, quality evidence, and controlled operational references.
Dedicated customer instance
Paid deployments run on their own Server/VM instance with a separate database, file storage plan, roles, branding, security rules, and company-specific configuration.
Demo operational modules
Dashboard, ERP Suite, shop floor, jobs, time, assets, purchasing, quotes, reports, HR, audit, admin, knowledge, and helpdesk are represented in the demo environment.
